Tomorrow marks 4 weeks since my start and I've lost close to 19 pounds! To put that into perspective, my youngest twin weighs 17 pounds. I lost the weight of a 5.5 month old infant!!!
I've got about the weight of two more to go though! There's some beat-me-up material for when I go on the elliptical. Just say to myself, "Dude, are you carrying twins again??? Oh no, you're just FAT! Move your ass!!!"
I never take what I say to myself when I'm on that machine personally, I just do what I have to do to keep my legs and arms moving.
