I've been away for a while. Not Good. Figured out i need to exercise at least once per day. Walking is good. Also, eating way too much fat. cheese is bad, i have a weakness for it, but i need to stay away. Looking to replace cheese with fruit and yogurt. Also, not eating enough greens. Replacing pasta with greens at meals - lettuce salads, broccoli, asparagus, spinach, mustard greens and cabbage.
