It must have been the diet coke I had on Tuesday. Did funny things with my weight (like add almost 2 pounds?). Louise thinks it caused me to retain water. Maybe.
276.4 lb Lost so far: 11.6 lb.    Still to go: 86.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
