I am very happy with the fact that I am losing this weight, mostly because I've been eating good food while doing it. I feel that I have a good understanding of how the body loses weight, like you can't just stop eating, or eat one big meal a day, you have to keep your metabolism going, and it is possible to lose weight without strenuously working out every day. Until I hit a certain point, (about 140-142 pounds) I can lose weight by just taking pretty light walks daily. After that point, I'm not sure. So I guess I still have lots to learn. :)
