I got schooled today. I went to medi WEIGHT loss and was told that I lost 0.40 lbs and 1.2 lbs of fat. Later I asked the trainer at the gym how I could lose both and she explained the difference between losing weight and losing fat. Weight can differentiate daily and it is easy to lose weight because you could stop drinking and eating and you would lose weight, but you won't lose fat. once you lose weight it is easy to put back on but it is harder to put back on the fat. here I am obsessing with my weight as opposed to being happy about fat loss. I am a new woman!
170.8 lb Lost so far: 19.7 lb.    Still to go: 15.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.6 lb a week
