A slight increase today but I'm not surprised after yesterday's big drop, just balancing out.

I am so busy this week, I'm making lists night and morning and constantly reviewing what's left to do. I'm working both Saturday and Sunday this coming weekend, conducting exams on Saturday, and hosting exams at our school on Sunday. In my spare time (!) I'm making props for our school theatre production at the end of this month.

Wet weather forecast for the next dew days and it's much cooler, just as we were getting used to lovely warm, sunny, springlike days :(
127.6 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
