Got a great workout in. Feelin good :) I cheated a lil with an energy supplement hehe. It made me n my bf have to poop almost immediately after drinking ha! Jogged 15 mins, walked 15 then did 30 more mins on the elliptical. Also worked on abs and arms since I had nothing left to do while my bf was takin forever and a day with his workout lol. It's a good thing though; made me work harder.


135.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 7.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
