FINALLY down only one pound, BUT i am off the plateau again. Lets hope it is a trend!!! I have been working out super hard and have been having a lot more protein. I think protein bars are the way to go for me because I have such a hard time keeping my calories down and eating more protein. I have been suplementing a meal with a protein bar for the last few days and I think that really is what helped me break my plateau!
I also found some GREAT coupons for the Atkin's protein bars so I can get them for around .50 cents each!!!! WOOHOO for coupons
212.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Way to go on the loss..Can you get those bars without fiber??..that would be a good thing for me as well..some times I need a quick pick me up with out having to cook..Hope you had a very good day...:O)
