Mild Snack weekend. Keeping my daily walking mileage above 3.0
Tried to walk xtra mile last night but damn, my nose got so cold, and it was only 60 degrees. Starting to log intake s again. Want to reduce the stubborn abdominal lipids. The last 10 pounds, 😑 😊
First Thanksgiving alone. Must do for me and be thankful for the infinite. Sometimes, I can understand just a bit of the never ending, and I am filled with awe and grace. ⭐️
212.2 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 9.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
