No change since Saturday's Born to be Wild Challenge weigh-in, but since I tend to take a bit more of a relaxed approach to the plan over the weekend (particularly with regard to alcohol!), that's not surprising. Besides, I think losing 4 lbs over the full course of this last week is more than sufficient! ;)

Anyway, it's the start of another week and I'm ready and raring to go! In fact, I'm going make this quick and catch up with all my buddies this evening, so I can make the most of my son's naptime with a quick cardo DVD!!

Losing 4 lbs a week this far into the diet is truly an accomplishment. You are sticking with this in an amazing way. Are we going to see a bikini shot in a couple of months? ;)

Congrats on the 4lbs lost this past week! Just wanted to remind you not to always give up on your diet on the weekends. I was researching alcohol and what I could and couldn't drink on my diet. Unfortunatly I have to give up the pina coloda's lol. I found the nutritional facts for alcohol on the atkins website! Although you aren't doing atkins I believe that slim fast is about calories. Thank you all - I still can hardly believe how far I've come! Regarding the weekend thing - I don't actually give up on my diet completely (that would be a complete disaster!). I'm just not as strict as I am during the week. On the Slim Fast plan, there's no ban on alcohol, and I don't count carbs at all, only calories. Their guidelines are to include up to three 100 calories snacks each day, so I try to stick to just one per day during the week and then use my saved allowance for wine! Seems to have worked so far! :)

LeeAnn, I haven't had any alcohol since I've been on the plan, I'm afraid it will make my hungry. I seem to have no willpower when I drink, however, I do miss my cocktails. Roxann

You are so much more of a woman than I will ever be...Cardio?! What the hell is that? That's a cuss word in my house!! :O I admire you!!! After 2 kids back to back my belly is my problem. Everyone says, "Do sit-ups!" Sit ups? Girl please, I'll sit up to grab a doughnut or to look for the remote!! That's a bout it!

Thank you for your comments! Roxann - once again, the not letting alcohol lead to snacking is a skill I am working on! I'm also gradually cutting back on the amount I do drink - necessary as I do lose the weight - and trying hard to keep it to the weekend, however bad a day I've had! Mcmommy - I feel like a right lazybones compared with some of the gym bunnies on this site! I have good intentions, but often fail to do much structured exercise through exhaustion. Mind you, I do think that all that running and jumping around with my toddler must count for something!! Lorik - thank you! I think this week was a bit of a fluke - just a catch up after last week's gain - but I'm still delighted!! :D

Pink - sorry, I forgot to answer your question! LOL - not sure I'd inflict you all with a bikini shot, even when I get to 133, but I will post at least one before/after shot!!
