After my trip to the coast this weekend, I wasn't sure I'd record a loss this week. I had some lovely meals, making good choices, but See's candy was also involved, lol. Not much, and I got up early & walked on the beach for an hour, did some hiking, and lots of walking. my legs are sore, but I'm going to the gym this morning for the strength training class I enjoy so much. I'm really enjoying all the positive changes my efforts are making in my body, in my life.
167.2 lb Lost so far: 34.8 lb.    Still to go: 32.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
