This was a VERY BAD week. My birthday was tuesday and ever since then, downhill. I ate things this week I haven't ate in over a year. BAD Kathy!!! Starting fresh tommorow morning, the dougnut this morning was good tho.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Birthdays are like that...don't beat yourself up too much. Just consider it a walk down memory lane remembering exactly why you aren't eating those foods any longer...You will do just fine and I know that it took commitment and focus to get to where you were so you will do just fine. Besides you have all of us here to root you on....hugs!

Thanks, I feel blah, bloated, tired. No wonder I stopped eating these foods. After getting on the scale this morning I feel like a fat cow. This WILL be a better week
