Darn, still same weight. At least didn't gain. Feel a little bloated, could be that time again. Maybe I will wait 1.5 weeks to weigh again.
129.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
