Had a rough weekend....and for once it wasn't my eating. But the rough weekend almost lead me to pig out on string cheeses just to ease the dramam and pain I was going through. I just wanted to throw my face in some nice strawberry cheesecake, cheese, ice cream, you take your pick just to forget about my problems. now that I think about it, I wish I would have. I hear that the icecream may cool a burning heart...thats why people eat it when they are down....(not really). But nonetheless, I stuck with the medifast foods and just dragged my limping body back into shape on the couch. This week has started alittle rough for me as well but its already Tuesday, so hopefully I can continue to limp myself to the end of the week and post wonderful numbers on Friday. I'm 363.
363.0 lb Lost so far: 27.4 lb.    Still to go: 183.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
