After being so dissapointed with last weeks gain, I am soooo glad to see the scale moving in a favorable direction! I worked really hard last week, and it's really motivating to see the results!
223.6 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 28.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
