1351 kcal Fat: 44.90g | Prot: 40.20g | Carb: 123.65g.   Breakfast: cheerios dulce de leche, blue diamond vanilla almond milk, coffee. Lunch: oikos greek yogurt vanilla, walmart mixed fruit bowl, blue diamond chocolate almond milk, Fiber Therapy. Dinner: sirloin steak, Sweet Potato (Without Salt, Baked In Skin, Cooked), avocado, kroger soft tortilla, coffee, sweet leaf green tea. Snacks/Other: mini ice cream sandwich, merlot wine, almonds. more...
