My weight seems to be stabilising at 160. I hope it sticks at that for good. A pound or two up or down I don't mind in the least.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 177.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Wow, looking at your weight lost '177' - that's how much I would like to weight - lol. What a remarkable achievement. Congrats on leveling off, for a while there you were still losing. Enjoy the new found freedom of being 'normal'. Can we get some updates pics?
