1098 kcal Fat: 22.89g | Prot: 32.74g | Carb: 119.45g.   Breakfast: cheerios dulce de leche, blue diamond vanilla almond milk, coffee. Lunch: Fiber Therapy, blue diamond chocolate almond milk, walmart mixed fruit bowl, oikos greek yogurt vanilla. Dinner: sweet leaf green tea, jennie-o extra lean turkey ham, coffee, Sweet Potato (Without Salt, Baked In Skin, Cooked), Vegetable Soup (Low Sodium, with Water). Snacks/Other: mini ice cream sandwich, merlot wine, almonds. more...
