Disasterous evening but at least I can continue to isolate and understand where and why a binge episode happens. We only have 2 TVS, one in the den and one in the kitchen. I ended up watching the kitchen TV sitting right next to the refrigerator. Once the mindless snacking started it never stopped. It doesn't seem to matter about the 3 weeks of hard work and discipline. It doesn" seem t o matter that it causes acid reflux an hour later in bed.
So it would be wise of me not to watch TV in the kitchen anymore.
224.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 25.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
