End of week 6 of my health & wellness plan. I have lost 15 pounds so far and 17 inches! I have adjusted to a healthier food menu, and limited my sugar cravings. I have 3 weeks until my vacation and would like to loose at least 10 pounds...lets see
165.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
