:( after our annivesary weekend. but time to crack down!
245.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1422 kcal Fat: 35.78g | Prot: 115.02g | Carb: 168.11g.   Breakfast: Original Liquid Eggs, NATURES OWN LIGHT WHEAT, Fully Cooked Turkey Breakfast Patties. Lunch: Green Peppers, Onions, Chunky Salsa (Mild), TIA ROSA YLLW CORN TORTLA, Angus Beef Fajitas. Dinner: cube steak iii, boiled potato, Ihop sugar free syrup, Fat Free American Cheese Singles, Extra Lean Turkey Bacon, Nutri-Grain Low Fat Waffles, 100% Liquid Egg Whites. Snacks/Other: Cereal Squares Chocolate, Pineapple Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting, Cooked Green String Beans (from Fresh). more...
