Today 452 lbs - lost track of dieting - so hard to keep on the right track not sure why I don't want to be fat - my body hurts - but the drug (food) is so powerful - lost
442.0 lb Lost so far: 43.0 lb.    Still to go: 142.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
