Very happy as I dropped half a pound and this is good. I ate a whole can of spinach with pepper and hot sauce on it and I can hardly believe how good it was. I am going to make this my go to snack from now on as it is very tasty and I will also put in string beans and it is very in expensive. I can now see me at 150 before I know it.
206.5 lb Lost so far: 26.5 lb.    Still to go: 56.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
