4 pounds down this week so exercising definitely helped! I'm 11lbs from my first goal of a 10% loss. I hope to make that by the end of May. I'm very pleased with my progress so far. 22lbs lost in 4 weeks!
281.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 96.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
