***TODAY'S FOOD***
1.)Breakfast: Visalus Shake (shake mix, water, orange juice, vanilla extract, coconut extract, ice.)
2.)Lunch:
125.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 1.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 3.5 lb a week
