Oh, good officially past the 20# mark. For some reason this makes me happy!! Feeling good. Had my colonoscopy this week, maybe that helped with the drop in weight. Everything came out good. Glad to have that done. Now time for my birthday week, hopefully I can keep the downward trend going. Love this tool. Fatsecret has really helped me reach my weight loss goals!!
172.5 lb Lost so far: 20.5 lb.    Still to go: 17.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
