You cheated yesterday a little. You can blame taco bell for some of it but .2 in a day is not good. All things considered we'll take it but it should be a lesson in not cheating.
263.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 93.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
