So far, so good! Other than having a few pistachio nuts last night I've followed induction exactly and am down a little again :) AND, 5 nights without an evening toddy - I'm on a roll! That's the hardest part for me, not having any alcohol to wind down in the evening with. But, house is getting cleaner! LoL
166.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Induction gets easier because you lose the craving. If you can just stay with it for a good week or so you will have it down pat. Good job

Thanks all! On day 6 of induction and finally the cravings are gone, and no cheating so far! I need to get out all my recipe books and printed sheets I've found online and plan cooking for this weekend so I'll have stuff to eat next week at work. Living by yourself has some advantages, but also some disadvantages. And HEY, I passed by 2 boxes of donuts someone brought to the office yesterday and didn't even grab ONE bite! Wow, those smell sweet now, almost sickenly so. Hope you all have a great day!
