Being back on the sacred heart diet has made it easier for my body to get use to eating less. I'm losing my cravings to be eating constantly. This time, I am allowing myself to cheat when I am stressed. I figure that I need to listen to my body, more than a recipe for weight loss.

156.0 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
