I am getting creative I just noticed, in the way I approach each phase and challenge. I really am developing some tips that work for me, anyway. In a few weeks if these tips help me maintain a slow and steady weight loss, I can share them with anyone that might be interested. It's still early and they must be proven and lasting.
221.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 22.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
