I feel some real progress this week and I am excited. I have been focusing really well. Went out on date night with my husband and was able to have a meal at Chili's for under 400 calories. Came home and did a hardcore step aerobics and burned off the whole meal. So I had some desert; strawberries. :)
161.4 lb Lost so far: 108.6 lb.    Still to go: 31.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
