New scale weight...down 1.6 lbs since yesterday! I have cut back on my carbs for a few days. I just seem to need to have lower than the 20. Plus there were a few days where I was going over by 2 or 3 carbs on accident, thinking I had not had enough and then eating more salad or veggies at dinner which would put me over. I think I will try to put it all in before my day starts so I will know ahead of time.
Plus, my OLD scale today said 188...so I have lost another lb since Monday. yea!
190.1 lb Lost so far: 32.3 lb.    Still to go: 40.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Diet Calendar Entry for 01 April 2010:
1168 kcal Fat: 81.54g | Prot: 73.56g | Carb: 39.90g.   Breakfast: bacon, tomatoes, mayonnaise, romaine lettuce, metamucil. Lunch: sour cream, asparagus guacoamole, mushrooms, asparagus, colby jack cheese, egg. Dinner: adapted atkin's creamy red cabbage slaw, Beef Ribs (Whole, Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/4" Fat). Snacks/Other: atkins day break peanut butter fugde. more...

Great job on the loss. The carb #s have been widely debated. If you look at the older versins of Atkins, there was no subtracting fiber to get net carbs. Total carbs was it. However, today's version allows for this. There are countless FS members that count total carbs - not net. However, do what works for you. If you are losing where you are, keep on doing it. Best wishes.

Fab Susie! I am having a total carb week after my binge at the weekend but I am struggling to keep my calories up!
