I'm trying to reduce my carb intake overall, so far I'm a week in and feel about the same, which is great. I'm not cutting them out completely (impossible). Wednesday's I am trying to get under 50g of carbs. The rest of the week it's just being conscious about eating anything processed, in particular bread and potatoes.
150.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
