***MORNING WORKOUT***
Jillian Michaels "Shred it with Weights" (15lb. & 10lb. kettlebell)

***TODAY'S FOOD***
1.)Breakfast: Visalus Shake (shake mix, unsweetened cocoa powder, cinnamon, water, ice.)
2.)Lunch: 10 deep fried Frozen Pork & Shrimp Lumpias with vinegar and garlic dip
3.)Snack: 1 choco-covered mac nut, 1 small peanut butter cup
4.)Dinner: Visalus Shake (shake mix, honeydew melon, 1-2oz. Original Almond Milk, water, and ice.), 2 pieces of fried cat fish.
5.)Dessert: 2-3 handfuls of popped popcorn kernals
{{{I tried to copy my workout and food from yesterday, so that I could compare my weight tomorrow, but I messed up. Hubby had a fish-fry at work today and he brought home two giant ziplock bags of fried catfish. Fortunately, I only ate about 2 pieces (they're the small sizes; not the fillets), but that, and the extra popcorn will mess me up. I already know. :( I don't know why I can't seem to muster up enough self control to maintain my weight (and weight-loss). I always get disappointed in myself because of this.}}}

(((I've really been struggling with my motivation to workout twice a day, here lately. I've had to really reallly push myself, and even though I'm proud of myself for completing a full workout, I wish I had more of a drive so that it wouldn't be so much of a struggle for me. I WANT TO LOSE THE WEIGHT. I WANT TO REACH MY GOAL. I get so close, and then I end up far away...al the time. I want to be a good role model to my family by being able to do these things.}}}
