Week 5 of wellness plan is over and I actually gained 1 pound. I did loose some inches and I suppose that will keep me movitated. It is 4 weeks away from my vacation I hope to have lost my 20 pound by then I have 7 pounds to go....
167.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
