Yes! in December I weighed 202, so it feels pretty good to be below 170, even a little. Today I 'm wearing new exercise clothes to class. :o)
169.8 lb Lost so far: 32.2 lb.    Still to go: 34.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
