There...I posted it...gained it all back in one weekend?
139.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

2016 kcal Fat: 137.79g | Prot: 121.16g | Carb: 64.48g.   Breakfast: Zucchini, cabot reduced fat sharp, Fried Egg, Egg White, Green Peppers, trader joes almond milk, coffee. Lunch: trader joes almond milk, 50% Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese, trader joes kale, chicken breast, Italian Dressing, Baby Spinach (Family Size), Zucchini. Dinner: butter unsalted, egg white trader joes, egg, coconut flour. Snacks/Other: trader joes coconut milk, atkins nutty fudge, trader joes peanut butter flax, Sugar Free Dark Chocolate, Unsweetened Organic Coconut Flakes. more...
