Yeah, down to 19% BF. Not feeling excessively tired or hungry.
Cutting down the starches has been the key. I had been finding that eating starches (rice, noodles, pasta) had been making me tired. Since cutting down overall on caloric intake and upping fresh fruit, I've found more energy throughout the day. Cutting down the soda has helped too.
The biggest help has been trying to eat more fresh fruit. I've found the melons have been best for satiating hunger while not having a lot of calories in and of themselves. The other help has been ensuring that I have enough protein during the day.
Usually by this time with this few calories I'll start to feel weak and such but I think the sugar in the fruit has been fooling my brain into thinking everything is the same. I'll have to experiment with this more to see how effective this is in the long run.
