Yay?

Not sure what to think of this weight. There should be water retention from excess carb intake last night but also I should be dehydrated from the alcohol last night. Back to the lab I go to correct this.

Thanks all so so much for your support. It's 5 AM, of to the office I go.
204.4 lb Lost so far: 37.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes,I spend a lot of time in labs with college students and doing research projects of the KETO and intermittent fasting projects as well as other WOE projects.But I and students still have come to same conclusion. It is when insulin is released in the body to slow metabolism and does prevent weight loss.So it is not always the foods you eat, it is how often and when you eat, to me it seems intermittent is the way to go in most cases, but then again, it might not work for everyone, just try and experiment and monitor your results.Good luck in the labs.

I dunno. When I went to Vegas I drank a lot and ate whatever I wanted and managed to lose 15 lbs! Sometimes our bodies do interesting things!
