Surfed yesterday for an hour. Moderate intensity. Washed three cars which I didn't include, maybe it's a 100 calories. Ate pretty well, with the exception of the sodium intake from the turkey chili, wow. Didn't drop any weight, but maintained. Expected to lose a bit, but the high sodium intake most likely retained water. So today, will keep a closer eye on the sodium intake and make sure I get in a good workout, drink water to purge the sodium, and sit in the steam room.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
