I have surpassed my first goal weight of 160. Thank you God!

Now I have another goal of 145. That puts me in a healthy BMI for the first time in a VERY long time.

This has been a long journey and now to lose just a few more and then I'll learn to maintain. I am in this for life. I am a food addict and I'll always need to be mindful of my weight.

It doesn't just stop at goal.

Victory is close. Do you wonder what goal feels like? Can you feel it too?

Don't quit. Believe in yourself. This has been SOOOOOO worth it!

158.8 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
