I did another week getting closer to my goal weight. This last week was a real snacky week for me, we had drinks a few nights, and with that lead to more snacks. You would think that being this close to my goal, it would drive me to get there faster, but it seems to be slowing me down. But I have to do this and get it done! Even the goal that I set for myself is still about the range I should be according to my BMI.It says that I should be between 114-144 lbs. I started Jenny Craig at 211 lbs. That just seemed a little unreal, so I decided on 150lbs. I truly feel that now I have the skills to, if so desired, to go even lower on my own. Well at least I hope.

157.4 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 7.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
