Still making sure I get 10k steps a day and rounding up if over 500. Doing bootcamp 3x a week. Got a bit lazy with jogging on the treadmill the other 4 days of the week because I didn't sleep well. Had a not so good food week last week and had only gone down .1 pounds but have lost 9.4 since September 14th (start of the new work weight loss challenge -did I post about that?)

I've lost 35 pounds since May, and this could probably be more if I had a more strict diet, but I like chocolate and if I cut that out then I'll just binge hard and eat tons of shitty food hahaha. Either way, the scale is going in the right direction and feeling pretty great still. Need more sleep though
219.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 65.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
