Down below my goal. I'm not surprised. I need to raise my caloric intake in order to stabilise my weight. I am happy to have to worry about overshooting my goal.
159.2 lb Lost so far: 177.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks. I've got to get the calorie count up to 1,700. Not too fast, but enough to ensure that my weight stabilizes.

It's a matter of being very careful with what I add. Also with where I add it.
