Should be in phase II, however, I do not think that I am going to start including meat in my diet.

Cheese either.

Worked out yesterday and today 50 minutes.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 17.1 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 4.4 lb a week

I'm starting to wonder if I'm going to want to add meat. I thought it would kill me to do without, but it isn't bothering me at all.

My sentiments exactly. My hair dresser has lost 30 pounds in 3 months doing someething similar to the detox stage only she also eats rice cakes, and nuts. No egg whites though. She said that she did vegies and fruits and brown rice worked out everyday drank a lot of water and after 1 month of eating above she did clear broths for a week and lost 20 pounds. She looks absolutely wonderful. wears an eight which looks kinda baggy on her now. told her no more weight loss needed. Inspired me to stick to more vegies and fruits and brown rice.

Yeah, I'm with yall, the whole meat thing was such a surprise to me - didn't think I could live w/out it, now I don't even want it really.
