Yesterday, I REALLY tightened up, and it shows. I lost a full kilo and then some since yesterday morning. That'll motivate me even further to skip Indulgence Day this week, and do good. I'm not sure I'll stick to plan 100% though, as we've made dinner plans with guests tonight, but I'm gonna do my best, and I'm gonna be far away from anything that remotely resembles an Indulgence Day.

It's interesting, I could literally FEEL that I was lighter even before getting out of bed. I'm thinking that doing this makes me able to easier "feel" my current weight. I can fairly easily tell then I've lost or gained weight.

This morning, I'll be spending a full hour on my bike to burn some calories prepping myself to be in shape to handle the calories tonight. Wife is making tostadas, but I'll have my home made corn tortillas unfried to save some calories, and the meat will be chicken breast. Not TOO bad a dinner choice. Our guests will bring home made smoothies, no sugar added. Again, a decent choice. It something I believe I can easily fit into my refocused plan for today.

Rehearsal with the band was awesome yesterday. It's so much fun jamming with the guys, and I feel very comfortable playing live next week. There's a little uncertainty around the newest songs, but nothing that we can't jam our way out of without anyone noticing but us... :-) That's the beauty of being a blues rock band. You can always jam something.

Today I'm thankful for:
- losing a lot of weight since yesterday. I really feel on track and in sync with myself this morning.

Amazing how you can immediately feel the difference. WTG, Keld. Have a great day.

I agree. The lighter I get (and stay that way) the more sensitive I am to feeling heavy or light. Being at a healthy weight really allows me to know my body better. I even have different reactions to medication and such. Being so overweight is like being a completely different person.

Calannapy - I'm glad to see it's not just me seeing this. This is new territory for me, and I am learning a lot these days. You confirming the "being in touch with your weight" is really cool for me. I wasn't sure if it was something I imagined...
