Same weight!!!
I guess I will cut down on carbs & fat and increase my protein intake, also I'll lower my RDI from 2500-2700 to 2000-2200...will continue with gym work-outs & cardio, and avoid sugary satrchy tempatations.
Let's see next monday how it goes!!
I'm happy because even though there's not a change in weight, I can definitely see a change in my body, and am feeling how the fat is being transformed into muscle...feels good!
205.0 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 24.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

you know JC sometimes things you ate or drank a couple of days ago can make you stall too..lol. it takes a while to catch up with you but it does. Your doing great..oh how I wish I had your energy. I went for a 20 minute brisk walk..the dogs ( they are little ) had a hard time keeping up with me..we were all tired when we hit home. You are changing your body with all the hard workouts, I can see why you stayed the same..remember the muscle vs fat saga. Looking good! :)

Hopefully you're right Lenny...I do know that even if it might seem like I'm consuming less than what I'm burning each metabolism wors at its own pace...I 'll just continue to give my best effort everyday. Thanks for the encouragement!
