Had a HORRIBLE weekend following what I know is right. Cooked great food for the family and partaked in every one of them. I never thought I would say this, but right now I HATE weekends.I did lose great weight, but it would have been about 1-2 pounds more. I just can't seem to stay focused and have so many great excuses to blow what I worked so damn hard to do the rest of the week. I need a new plan for the weekend. I have got to do something different on Fri/Sat/Sun or my hard work all week is for nothing. My skinny me is really pissy this morning about the weekend damage!

FOCUSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS on thin........
206.5 lb Lost so far: 15.5 lb.    Still to go: 21.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week

Wow, you did great! Weekends are really hard. Remember, no matter what plan you use to lose weight, it has to be something that you can do for the rest of your life. Sometimes, we need to eat that "great food." You are doing wonderfully!

Thanks for the encouragement... need it this am, but am back to focusing on lifestyle change. I need to find a "new way" for myself so the weekends don't kill my hard work. I put up a picture of a woman on my fridge this am. She is very overweight and in a bikini. Has my body style... so hopefully that helps. I will not give up.

lol that is a very novel way of inspiring yourself... looking at a fat woman every time you go to the fridge! I'd not want to open that fridge very often... altough she might put me off my dinner too! I stuck a pinup model who I am trying to use as an inspiration tool on the inside of every cupboard in the kitchen and now I can't get my husbands head out of them! So far all I've seen is his tounge, lots of drool and these blank starey eyes!

Delicious food is good for the soul, and you are losing weight at an AWESOME rate. They say to lose only 1-2 lbs per week (otherwise it'll be muscle loss instead of fat). I'm sure that's not a hard and fast rule, but you still might not want to lose weight too much faster than you are. That's just my two cents, but also, I am jealous. Great job!!!
