NET CARBS..goood wednesday morning...switching over in the food menu to watch net carbs instead of carbs..allows you to eat more an at same time fiber is subtracted from the carbs..yes i said carbs you eat..causing your carbs to be less...more calories but less carbs..if i wasnt tracking net carbs id be taking in over 60 carbs or more..so it helps to go into your settings an change that if your eating hflc...

i get to show a loss again this morning..been watching my salt intake as well..if im gonna eat salt..try an eat it early in the day so i have all day to drink enough water to compensate for it...get it all flushed out before the next scale reading...

i have noticed that eating avocados for me does seem to keep me more satisfied thru the day..not as hungry when i slice one open..however..you dont want...well i dont want to get to carried away on them..i normally do a workout on just protein/creatine in coffee...this morning i thought..il try having an avocado alone with my protein/creatine coffee...id already took one poop before i got my riding clothes on...went riding..got home..set down..felt the urge..took dump #2....came back in ..was only in recliner a few minutes..felt the build up once again...#3 came out..i would think next one would be water..as last 2 were like peanut butter..so...that being said..not sure if having avocado before a ride is a smart idea..but im clean...lol..

Normally when I do my workouts..its on empty stomach except for protein/creatine/coffee...im thinking the avocado may of been to much on empty tummy...
