OK, I GAINED 2 POUNDS, BUT THT IS OK SINCE I WENT A LITTLE OVER MY CALORIES YESTERDAY. TODAY I AM BACK ON SCHEDULE. I HAVE MY FOOD PLANED OUT FOR THE DAY. AND AM COFIDENT THAT I WILL BE A SUCCESS.
217.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
